Prolink Property are pleased to inform you that we can now perform our own Energy Performance Certificates (E.P.C’s) in house.  We have staff that are fully trained and qualified to issue the certificates. This could also include fully compliant Home Information Packs from as little as £185.00 + vat.

As a reminder, from 1st October 2008, all landlords are now legally required to show prospective tenants the Energy Performance Certificate prior to letting the property.  Local Trading Standards Officers are starting to police the legislation and landlords who do not produce the E.P.C. could be fined and risk further fines.  An E.P.C. is valid for 10 years for Lettings.
